Recently, you received a notice that Trimble VRS Now NTRIP servers had been accessed without authorization.
We have completed our initial investigation and we can now confirm that user login credentials and some user contact information were taken. However, we can also confirm, that no financial related information was compromised.
We strongly recommend that you take the necessary steps to protect your privacy.
(1) Reset your NTRIP login credentials as soon as possible, both at the server and also in your field device. If you need assistance with either of these tasks, please contact Trimble Support.
(2) If you used your NTRIP login information on any other account, we strongly encourage you to reset those account passwords as quickly as possible.
As stated previously, your trust is a top priority for Trimble, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause.
