We can Fly!

On July 30, 2015 GPServ, Inc. was granted a Section 333 Exemption from the FAA to allow us to legally fly drones in the U.S. As a Trimble Dealer, we’re now authorized to fly the Trimble UX5 and the upcoming Trimble UX5 HP Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) for the purpose of demonstrating these Trimble systems for conducting aerial surveys and performing aerial data collection. These Trimble UASs conduct flights in a fully automated manner with no piloting skills required from launch to landing. You just plot the flight path on the included Trimble Tablet Access Controller and you can monitor the progress of your aerial mission from the Controller in real-time. We have a UX5 demonstration upcoming in South Florida, so let us know if you’d like to see it in action.

Here’s an amazing Drone!!! Trimble UX5!

Trimble UX5 – A New Standard in Surveying

The all-new Trimble® UX5 Aerial Imaging Solution is setting the standard for fast and safe aerial data collection by offering a complete system with powerful technologies such as reversed thrust & automatic failsafe procedures, a robust design, and radically simplified workflow. The UX5 comes with a camera modified to capture near-infrared (NIR) spectrum. Images from the NIR-enabled camera provide crop health indicators for use in crop scouting to detect pests, weeds, mineral deficiencies, and other potential problems in agriculture.

Trimble Access Aerial Imaging Application

The Trimble Access™ Aerial Imaging application loaded onto the Trimble Tablet Rugged PC operates the Trimble UX5 and is a single software tool for planning your aerial missions, performing pre-flight checks and monitoring your flights.

  • Intuitive workflows ensure reliable results.
  • Conduct flights in a fully automated manner, from launch to landing.
  • No piloting skills required.
  • Built-in safety procedures ensure safe and successful launches each time.

Image Processing

The Trimble UX5 aerial image data can now be processed into powerful deliverables with the new Trimble Business Center (TBC) photogrammetry module. Specialized computer-vision algorithms produce very accurate results automatically, with minimal manual interaction. Provides a stable and reliable photogrammetric system delivering excellent results without requiring specialized photogrammetry knowledge or experience.

Trimble TX8 3D Laser Scanner

Trimble-TX8-3D-Laser-Scanner

The New Trimble TX8 3D Laser Scanner sets new standards for performance and ease of use in high-speed collection of 3D data. With data capture speeds up to 1 Million points per second and range of up to 340 Meters, the Trimble TX8 enables you to collect high quality datasets with fewer set-ups.

The Trimble TX8 features a Class 1, Eye Safe Laser and has a scanning field of view of 360 degrees by 317 degrees. Full 360 degree scans can be accomplished in as little as 2 minutes. With the intuitive onboard software scans can be initiated with as little as one button push.
